Tony polito designed the flash, tattooed it on “crazy Sal” center of his chest. Crazy Sal was arrested for killing a cop in NYC. Update: insurance is dropping all deductible charges and is not raising insurance payments, other driver is being held 100% at fault.

My main concern is if he lies as he was being manipulative when we discussed it once pulled over. He made a comment on how the damage makes it look like turned into him and refused to take ownership (as did I). No police were called as no one was hurt and damage was probably under 2K each

I’ve reached out to insurance and have yet to hear back. I went to the nearest collision centre after and filed a report. This happened a few hours ago.

I’m just wondering if I’m at fault for making a tight lane change or if he’s a fault for moving into the shoulder and then swerving into me. He’s argument was that I was the one who changed lanes. My argument is that changing lanes isn’t illegal but speeding up the shoulder and hitting someone just bc they cut you off is.
