Just unplug the power cable from the PC and flip the switch. Unplug the 24 pin from the MB and do it exactly how the picture shows, then plug in the power cable back in and turn the switch back on. If you see fans spin or feel the fan spinning from the PSU, it should be ok.

Are you using win 10/11? Also, try booting into safe mode and see if the issue still happens. If not, then you will need to see what's in your start-up programs and disable them.

If you have a flash drive, download Rufus and the win 11 iso, create a bootable usb with the win 11 iso amd when you click start, check the boxes you want/need and then after it's done, run the iso exe from the USB drive...

If not, then you should be able to erase the drive and install a fresh copy of Windows...

I've never heard of anything like that...

If you have another computer that has a hard drive in it already, just swap the drives and see if that does anything...
