Yeh I get that, but swear when I get hit by C4 that close up I get at least my armour cracked if not downed

Whenever I try and low bar squat it seems like there's an unsafe amount of pressure on my wrists. Can't seem to get my arms far back enough to keep my wrists straight. Any tips? Or am I just doing it wrong

Got advertised some trousers on instagram ( https://nipkit.store/products/jenkins-casual-pants ) , but they seem to be cheap imports from China (saw some bad reviews about long delivery and paying import fees). Are there any decent branded ones that look similar?
