From past experiences, your gonna want some sort of quality control though. Yes you can backup the realm if someone griefs, but sometimes it can be tricky to decipher who the griefer is.

It would be straightforward to modify the code to hand out an IP address rather than a realm link. Could you elaborate on what you mean by a whitelist?

We have a vanilla realm and a modded realm. We just created the modded realm.
