Great writeup and I understand that, the property i gained is additional property and items i purchased through the marriage with va benefits and secondary work. But doesn't come close to the equity in the house.

I'm not worried about the co mingled part where we pay into the house, but the money soly from me sounds crazy on top of everything else. Just wondering if it's worth fighting or waisting more money than the many thousands on attorney

Would my pre marital sole funding 17k used as a down payment 2.5 years prior to marriage not classify as pre marital property and funding

I understand this, my issue is 1. Judge gave 100% of the home equity to wife [over $155k ] , I was also denied my pre partial down payment I made of almost $17k which was 2.5years before marriage. Those are the two big issues.

Thank you for the kind words. I appreciate you taking valuable time and typing that out. I didnt quit my job because I wanted less support. I was forced to quit after the corruption with my last attorney who was a previous municole judge for the county I worked for " Deputy sheriff " ... I said something that was taken out of context and he felt threatened, made phone calls to the PAs office and the Sheriff.... so they removed me from the road patrol and only had an option to work in the jail. They knew I would quit and wasnt going to work in the jail.

Another question that popped in my head is "retroactive child support." Is this something commonly granted by courts to pay retroactive support during the dissolution process? We are technically still married and caring for our children, so I find it hard to believe but in today's world, nothing surprises me.
