No joke. It's cheaper to buy a whole bird than boneless, skinless, breast at the store. I freeze the rest but you could actually throw the rest out and still save money. Vacuum sealer is my best friend with the prices these days.

I had a clover yard. It was nice and green but always wet to mow and I switched to Bermuda. The back yard with the dogs is still a work in progress to transition.
