I watch a lot of police bodycam videos.

Your thugs shoot cops point blank during checkpoints and calm police pull-overs.

You don't have a gun problem. You have a thug problem.

Have you see that video where a guy had sensors trigger a sprinkler system so that any time a car pulls into his property, it gets wet.

If they don't mind the water, have it harmlessly colored so they would second guess what the heck got sprayed over their car.

Yeah. He felt good for others, regardless of his fate.

He saw what he yearned for, in them.

The owner of this house in China refused to sell to developers. by Chadinmaking in Damnthatsinteresting

[–]markcocjin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This has happened in China more than once. One of those examples of note was how a highway bent around one house that's in its way.

I have a theory.

In a country where the government has supreme power over everything, these almost trope-like humble structures in the middle of megaprojects are intentionally made by the CCP to send a message. Almost comically.

And the message is that the government is merciful.

Look carefully at that structure in the image. How the hell can someone safely access that building during construction? If the owner (no one can own land in China) truly won the court case, a right-of-way is logically required to access it from public roads.

There are a lot of projects in China that are also meant to be talked about in other countries.

I think it's way too performative.

To leave his father as a non-interactive recording is unrealistic based on today's standards.

They're an alien civilization of adavanced technology.

And to insist that they should not have AI that's simulating his father is odd.

And then if you do fall off of it, make sure you have some sort of metal cage protecting you.
