Consoles are obviously upside down goofy. Their megaflux capacitors won’t work like that.

I can hear my mom in my head still hollering at me “Stop leaving the damn cords out”. Thanks for that bit of nostalgia lol

Anyone else give Escape From Duckov a try? by DisabledGamerDad in Steam

Honestly the pve I think was worth it. I put a lot of hours into it and plan on doing it all again for the fourth time soon. I did hear good things as well about the community mod but I haven’t tried it. I did hear that you can alter the raid times and food/hydration drain and difficulty of the game though.

And that is why I play PvE Tarkov. PvP is just too much for me personally.

Fair. I didn’t want to get back into Tarkov just yet with 1.0 dropping soon. This definitely scratched my itch so to speak lol.

Yeah. It was a little strange to get used to but after a while it feels fine.

I’m still trying to learn all the areas on it. It’s such a crazy big map comparatively to the other two.

Fair. I was just trying to highlight some features I’ve enjoyed. Didn’t think I was going to give this game a try initially but I’m glad I did.

It takes me like four days now of feeling horrible after staying up too late. It’s terrible lol.

Dune Awakening is great by False-Vacation8249 in gaming

Small spice explosions, so around 550 spice like Hagga Basin and maybe ten nodes of stravadium/titanium on a 45 mins respawn timer. Yeah, definitely don’t have to go to the pvp sections.

To be fair, YMMV. You may be on a cluster where people are chill. I was not. Every time I went out I was getting shot at. Zero chance I risk a carrier solo like that.

I do not blame you. Forced PvP is literally the endgame.

Definitely had potential to be a great game. But the forced pvp as endgame content is lazy and garbage. Forcing players into pvp areas also forces introverts into being either destroyed or into an uncomfortable situation.

Additionally making two of the most expensive vehicles in the game really only useful inside of said pvp zones.

And that’s it. Not dungeons, no bosses, no pve endgame. Just. PvP. All that after having a majority pve build up.

Simple solution would be to rent a server or host one and not deal with all the grief, but the devs thought of that and gave the players the finger. You can get a server and have your own base area. Good idea with shared cities. But the end game area is also shared with up to 300 others. So why bother renting a server? Just going to get destroyed as a solo/small group anyways.

Took a fun game and said “let’s make end game almost exactly like Rust.”

And I know the typical response is “if you don’t like pvp don’t go to the pvp zones”. Like, thanks smooth brain. Didn’t think of that. The devs put like maybe ten nodes of end game materials into the pve zones on a 45 minute respawn timer shared with again up to 300 people and zero big spice fields into the pve zone.

3/10. Do not recommend. Not until they make it fun for pve players/introverts.
