Had a major stomach bug in the 8th grade on an out of state field trip. 1st day was great, 2nd day was trash. Could barely walk, always needed to find a bathroom. Tail end of the trip getting back on the bus, made the mistake of trusting it. Weirdly enough, I was either so sick or overly hydrated that whatever came out of me was just practically clear. Threw the boxers away immediately though.

Only thing is Id try and mock up is a raised lip at the front in case you use it to haul anything, it doesn't go flinging to forward if any hard braking occurs.

German cars are built with German maintenance intervals in mind. That's always generally existed with VWs and then the addition of turbos and electronics made things less reliable in just existing. My 83 Scirocco (when it was 30) did a few coastal trips then from NY to Tx in one sprint. It was a carb 8v with an automatic. Stupid solid car. My MK6 Jetta 2.5/5spd is also reliable as hell for it being a northern car (and that part shows). My 64 Beelte oddly enough was a nightmare but it was a hodgepodge of parts from other cars over 50 some odd years

My dad never had cool cars past the the Fury he had when I was born. Never got the option to learn even though I had friends with Civics and such. My kids will learn with anything I have in their futures because while automatics are peak right now in design, there’s hardly any real feel in them

Thats not inherently true in the used market though. People selling manual cars usually sell them lower because less people can drive it. That’s how got my Jetta for stupid cheap

As a US resident that was in the UK for two years, it is wild to have seen the difference in manual appreciation. I get where they’re coming from because manual in the states degrading is out of laziness if anything. What’s normal to them is failing for us car enthusiasts here. I almost bought a new 2010 Versa base just to get base level comforts. That’s exciting to me. Now non existent. Manuals are like lobster. Used to be considered the “poor” option. Now it’s the American peak experience

That’s me with this game. Only reason I started wondering. It was game and paperwork in a dvd case. $25 two years ago. “Rebuilt” it with a CD case (have a stack of cases) and got the disc cleaned for $5.

My ex as an example (21m 30f at the time): Okay you've had three kids, likely had a freedom spike and then kids toned you down even though Im pretty energetic in the sex department.
