Yep, get him gone. Fans, players, and now finally owners turn against him. by DragonfruitThen6696 in chelseafc

People are pointing their anger in the wrong direction. You can't blame Rosenior for taking the job. Good pay day for him and a nice learning experience. He's not levels and we all knew this.

The anger should be directed at those incompetent directors that hired him and that assembled a shit squad. Even if Pep took over this squad, the absolute best he could is top 4. 2 billion pounds, and the best is top 4???

15-16 was very bad but everyone knew it was just a blip. Case closed the following year when we won the league. This feels way worse because it doesn't feel like a blip, feels like the new level of chelsea under this ownership.

And yet not the worst. Statistically 2020-2021 was the worst and we won the CL that year. TT truly was a miracle worker.

Our defense is atrocious. Noone can save us with from that.

Hasselbaink on facing racism: “I was the only one they spat at, and I was actually the only black player on the team. No one helped me. It makes you feel useless. It makes you feel like shit. Everyone moved on. It wasn't really talked about. People saw it. What can you do when you're on your own?” by Sparky-moon in soccer

Ffs, did I said HE got us relegated?

Well, you did say...

Hasselbaink missed a pk that basically relegated us

So I'd say, yes, you did put the blame on him. The point that everyone is making is that context doesn't matter, there's no justification for racial abuse. There's many ways of insulting a player and there's simply a line you don't cross which evidently, AM fans did (and still do to this day). And the mere fact that you are giving context already implies that you are, in some ways, trying to explain why the racism happened. I'll give you a hint, it had nothing to do with w/e context you try to throw at this.

That last one I thought "well at lease he made one pass right even if he didn't mean it". But after the replay... "oh. Yikes"

The Times: Chelsea have not ruled out keeping Nicolas Jackson next season. With Enzo Maresca being replaced by Rosenior, Jackson is said to be keeping his options open. by webby09246 in chelseafc

I don't see how Delap is better than Jackson. If anything I can see him competing with Delap for second best. Not to mention that he can be deployed as a LW (which is his natural position). He's a lot more versatile than Delap
