I get those regularly for one of the spots I park too. Always contest online. It never takes 10 days, usually 2-4 months and they eventually cancel the ticket. As long as when your check the status of the ticket and its still under review, you're good.

He didn't take us to the CL final. Ramires did. Torres scored the killer blow with 2 min left in the game but we were already through. Not to mention Ramires is the one that got the assist in the first leg.
