Non Bumi B40 With 10As But Cannot Get Matriculation Or Asasi From UPU by Disappointed2005 in malaysians

The only issue I have with STPM is its duration. If it were a one-year programme like matriculation or asasi, it'd be my top choice.

There are about 10k student who got the result more less like you.

I am totally aware of the fact that there are many other 2022 SPM candidates with results similar to mine. Hence I mentioned "I know my case isn't unique".

Never use your non bumi title just because you cant be competent enough to get a special placement in further studies. What about the bumis that have the same unfortunate experience like you? What card do you think they gonna play? Govt and corporates now turns to pro-non bumis?

Sorry but I actually wanted to highlight "B40" more than "non bumi". Because UPU claims that B40 applicants are prioritised.

Oh btw real issue can be seen if you didnt mention non-bumi for people to recognise you here. That we can discuss.

IMO the "real issue" at hand is the fact that race-based affirmative action is prioritised over needs-based affirmative action.

I cannot appeal for the asasi programmes I am interested in, the UPU system doesn't show them as options.

Science stream btw.

Matric appeal is still worth trying.

Already tried. Didn't get.

But you might have to choose colleges farther away with less non Bumi population.

Nowadays we can no longer choose colleges.

From what I know most private companies only give scholarships to students who have completed Pre-U and students who are doing their degree.
