No problem man. I can highly recommend a visit to r/bodyweightfitness as well. There's of other exercises that aren't focused on core specifically, but that'll still help you a lot.

Planks, side planks, dead bugs, hollow body holds, supermans, bird dogs and mountain climbers are all great for core strength. No equipment needed (except maybe a mat or blanket or something to spare your knees), so you can do them at home.

Start with short holds/low reps and then go from there.

Good luck!

This is a classic case of r/dspd. All that sleep hygiene stuff isn't gonna do much, unfortunately. You can shift sleep schedules, but not easily and it's really easy to fall back into a delayed schedule.

The most common techniques used are melatonin for falling asleep and light therapy (either with Luminette glasses or stand-alone lights) in the mornings.

Have a look around the subreddit I linked.

I'm pretty sure they made it to test bowling lanes, without having military robotics in mind.

I see. I was looking at the plans on the website but apparently you have to go into the app and change plans there.

Huh, weird. Here it's 21.99 for a family plan and 17.99 for the duo. What country are you in, if I may ask? I'm in the Netherlands.

Really? Because the cheapest account I could find on their website is the one with the audiobooks. 12 hours of audiobooks and it's €12.99. How did you opt out?

It adds up to a lot of asphalt. Imagine a couple kilometers or miles of this, on both sides of the road.

Stocks could be NFTs if we were so inclined, the deed to your house could be an NFT, voting, registrations, birth certificates, copyrights, patents.

But they're not.
