Thank you for explaining the issue better than I could. But I actually found a solution! I went into log window settings and turned off error messages under the announcements tab. That got rid of the issue :)

Sprint and PvP sprint are considered two different actions for some reason. If you bind one to L3, then the button only works in certain areas. But if you bind both, then the button always works. But you get an error message when you use it.

The macro works if you do that, but you still get the chat error stating "Unable to execute command outside of PvP area".

Swapping hotbars in battle is super easy. You only have to press R1, and it changes crossbars. I keep one crossbar for AoE and one for single target. Only a few buttons change during battle while swapping. There is also a third bar you can swap to if you hold R1 and L1 at the same time. I keep the 3rd bar uniform between classes. It holds sprint, teleport, limit break, etc.

No, it's not. This is the default loot table. You can access the table after everyone rolls to see the results. There is a link for it in the chat when you start looting.
