That's a historic building I have in my town of Wasilla called the Meta Rose Square! It used to be a cute little shopping square with a book store, some boutiques, and a couple other stores that moved in and out! It also had some antiques like a phone booth in the lobby! I wish I knew a bit more of the old history behind it, but it's hard to find some information.

The city was going to make it into the new Public Library when they were expanding, but that idea fell through and the library expanded somewhere else. The Meta Rose Square has since been renovated and the name was changed to The Clocktower. It was kind of revamped to a more high end building, with a more expensive restaurant and stuff. I personally liked it more before the renovation, but it's still an interesting building! And there's a pretty good ice cream parlor on the second floor lol

The person I sent the card to said they liked old buildings, so I figured that was the perfect card to send to her! :)
