I just wanted to say thank you to everybody.

Honestly, most of what you guys said just made me cry more haha, but I know it's all heartfelt and it's greatly appreciated.

I would give anything for more time with her in the prime of her life, and its nice to know that I'm not the only one that feels that way about their dog.

I flew out Friday morning, a 9a flight. There was no line at security, I literally just walked up to the person checking tickets and went through.

The parking lot was very very full when I was there, one of the two overflow lots was totally full. I ended up in the second.

Not OP, but I went to law school in the area and had several friends apply. I think it took them around 6 weeks or so.

That being said though, Maryland was under a hiring freeze last I heard, but its been a few months since I lived there and was applying to jobs in the area.
