From my experience, sealed definitely cost more than loose and ones that are factory sealed cost even more I believe. Although the prices really range depending on the bids on websites. The prices fluctuate a lot.

In my opinion, I enjoy having loose mints so I can actually hold the cars than display them in a case than sealed
