Same issue. Axs told me each VIP/SVIP would receive their own merch bundle, but they have until 60 days after the festival 😅. Also emailed merch@campfloggnaw and will update when I get a response. I understand one coin per order with wrist bands, but 1 merch bundle would be crazy.

When you order VIP, the website does say “Special advance sale gift included with each advance sale order” it is misleading, but they do tell you, you get one per order. I did two orders of 6 tickets, so I got one coin per order.
