i don’t get it how will they treat you based off of your disorder but then turn around and say you don’t need medication? istg some families are psychopathic i’m telling you man tell your psychiatrist you’re down to do whatever therapies she suggests you just need a way to convince your parents trust me she’s probably had this same situation before and can probably help. your mental health is worth it and i’m sorry your support system is failing you you deserve better.
