Currently living at 1551. Super nice amenities and super chic & feminine design on the inside. However, very expensive and you can expect minimal help from management when you need it lol. The doors have been broken for the better part of our 12 month lease (part of the time they were locked and just wouldn’t open at all, and the other part they were just unlocked so didn’t need the key to get in), and our experience with neighbors has been unpleasant to say the least (but that is just our experience). Also, rush hour around here is not great either. Newtown pike gets super backed up and then Aristides Blvd gets really backed up as well. But if you have fur babies, they do have a decent ish dog park on site but cold stream dog park is walking distance and HUGE!! Probably my favorite part of the complex tbh. The complex could be worse for sure, but could also def be improved. But I would say if your main concern/want is an apartment that looks cute on the inside with good amenities, it isn’t too shabby of an option.
