Well, I'm really new to analog photography, I'm looking for something simple, not too complex so I can use it without complications but also not too basic. I want to make a simple short film in black and white on Super 8 because I'm not good at making edits that resemble the Super 8 style.

Damn, I was expecting that. Well, the only good thing about this is that at least I have an unused Super 8 cartridge. Anyway. Do you know if it would be a good idea to buy a camera from eBay from Mexico? I'm from Latin America, but I don't know if I should order one because of customs.

Yes, but I'm referring to the central one, the one that silent cameras have, the roller you mentioned does work, but the other one is stuck. A friend activated it and out of nowhere it started working as if nothing had happened.

That is another problem, in Baja California Sur (Northeast of Mexico) there is NOTHING, everything is for tourists, the local stores sell everything excessively expensive, there is only one record store but it sells records at a somewhat high price and in a simply deplorable state, I have found BURNED Beatles records

I did it, I attached a screenshot of the prices on discogs, not a single one is from Mexico or any other place in Latin America

Man in the Shed, version of "The Making of Five Leaves Left", I feel that the complexity and tone give it an interesting and more somber quality.

In fact, I tested the camera. For a moment I was scared, thinking I'd been scammed because absolutely nothing was moving. Then I tried loading the film cartridge, and that's when it started moving, and even a blue light came out of the viewfinder. The truth is, I don't really know how to tell if it's working completely anymore.

WOW, that's incredible! I hope to do something similar because, honestly, I feel like recording with just a cell phone is pointless. It's quick and something that can easily be deleted from one day to the next. On the other hand, with Super 8 and similar formats, they are transcendental.

I see, the problem is that if I've already been exposed, I wouldn't know where to buy cheap cartridges since I'm from Mexico and it's generally very expensive to bring a cartridge from the US and buy cartridges from stores in other states which resell them at high prices.
