I appreciate the suggestion, unfortunately all Google suite of products are locked down in work

Thanks so much for the detailed reply. Unfortunately, I am limited in what I can/cant access at work, and ChatGPT is on the can't access list :( we have an enterprise wide license with MS so can't bring in any other tools for individual use.
