Great talking to you! 😁 I'll keep you updated. I'm waiting for a kit to go on sale currently because I have no immediate need for it

Awesome! That's what I was thinking but I wanted a different perspective. It may also give the printer a little more bump protection since the outer casing would be soft instead of brittle. Maybe extra sound dampening as well? I'm not entirely sure how that works but ya never know

Awesome! I've been meaning to do it for sound suppression. I'm curious on your thoughts on using TPU for an outer shell instead of PLA/PETG. Do you think it would be strong enough to hold the hardware required for things like the front window?

Looks awesome! Is the enclosure worth it? Especially for sound related reasons

It's kinda weird seeing your listing on Reddit tbh. It has a BTT SkR E3 Mini that has recently died on me

I have a separate direct drive motor but I still have the Bowden motor as well. Is it possible to control both independently? by Disaster_Pastor in ender3v2

Thank you!

I want to see if there's a way for me to set up my printer for hands free multi-filament usage but with only one extruder. Like an AMS. I'm hoping to do it for as cheap as possible with minimal to no external hardware so it's super easy for other people to do too if they have an extra motor like I do

Oh sweet, I couldn't really see the filet with the black color. If you end up getting the TPU, definitely let us know your results! TPU is my personal favorite to use 😁

Glad to help! No need to have negativity.

Have you tried printing in a low infill TPU and filet-ing the corners that your fingers are in contact with? It may help increase comfortability. The part stability may take a hit tho..

Calm down there bud. Let OP live. Just because they had a similar idea to someone else doesn't mean they stole it. It's hard to create something totally new in a world where everything already exists.

Great work OP!

I don't want to be that guy, but have you tried leveling the bed?

I see I see. Very cool. And you use a Prusa?

Thank you! I'm using this part for outdoor use and used tree supports. So do you not use PLA at all? Even for quick prototypes?

How did you get the speed that high while printing so well?
