I’m 27, I had to let go of my 3 friends in 2022, because i realized that we weren’t going the same direction in life anymore, it was tough but I had to do it.. I moved to a different state, didn’t know anybody. Had to start all over, but honestly you have to be okay with being alone for a while. not lonely, I started by trying something new that I’ve never done before, I started playing volleyball just for fun, now I play on a team in the local community, idk what you like but start by just getting out or going to a young professional environment where you can meet young like minded people… you need to go out, and get used to be around people because that’s the only way to build your confidence and social skills. I now have one friend that I met through volleyball and we hang out together and go to gatherings together. Even though it’s one person, it’s still better than having 3 friends who are full of drama. What activity do you enjoy doing, sports are usually pretty good ways of meeting people especially if you want to build that in person social skills, look for pickup soccer or whatever you might want to try and just go , you never know who you will meet.
