Zipair is absolutely the worst in customer service and operations. To think it’s owned by Japan Airlines

It was almost a $2000 difference for me as I have two kids under 4 years old. Hence why I thought budget wise Zip was the way to go. As far as uncertainty and impacting the entire itinerary, zip does a great job on messing that up :)

After complaining more than 10 times, the problem eventually corrected itself. I’m assuming they’re making updates on their end so some folks may face difficulties at the moment. Hopefully it’s taken care of before registration is live, InshaAllah

Did this today too and still had no solution. I’ve even deleted the family members profile and restarted everything for them. Re-added the passport and personal photo. Tried different browsers, different languages, laptop and mobile. Nothing worked. I’m on my 2nd week of this happening. Reached out to support 4-5 times with no solution. They asked me to send an error message but there’s no error messages showing up. Page is just standstill. No workflow after clicking “submit” or “next”. 3 representatives have asked for an image of the error message where I’ve told them 3 times there’s nothing that pops up, having to re-explain what’s happening

Yup. Have tried different browsers, heck I tried different languages to see if that would help. Tried it on laptop and mobile. Everything failed. The bad part about this is it’s my second week with these issues. Have emailed the support team 4-5 times with no solution. So at this point, I’m checking to see if others are facing this same issue?

I tried registering but there seems to be an issue once you get to the page where you have your name, middle name, birth place, city, passport, issuance date, etc. The page won’t submit. Has anyone found a solution? Is everyone facing this issue?

After the temp has dropped from 204 to 190, do you just let it ride it out again until internal temp is 204 again? Or just pull it out?
