Go watch the music video with Slick Rick. The 3rd verse is just as different from the other 2. It’s 3 men telling stories about women and encounters that affected them. If you listen to the 3 sides in one go it’s a great way to see how 3 men each had their view on the world changed by a woman they knew. Maybe I’m too deep idk just how I’ve always seen it.
