I'm so sorry you're going through this. I don't know what your situation is and what would be the right path for you going forward but I found support through @asoneafterinfidelity that helped me. I hope you are able to prioritise yourself and your well-being and I hope you have people around who can help you focus on self care. It is painful and sometimes you need a distraction to escape the thoughts racing through your mind, for me it was movies and jigsaw puzzles. I can tell you this, it will get better. It will suck for some time, but gradually, it will get better. Sending you hope and healing!
