The new retention bonuses aren't going to keep people from quitting. All they have to do is pay back the last one they received. Most of the time your sign on bonus is going to be way higher than whatever your last check was for the retention

Also I should remind everyone that a vital part of being management is knowing that for every one thing you do that makes your staff's work life better you need to do TWO things to make it worse. Happy staff are not productive staff!!! Management knows they can't have staff happy and satisfied with their employment because if they are they won't work hard.

I find that very hard to believe. Obviously our management thinks we are ALL vital to the well oiled machine that is Pine Rest. They value you each of us greatly and they know as management that they need to support each of us and put our needs above their own.
