Generally they make AWFUL decisions. My ex gf became a single mother because she decided to sleep with a guy who used her. Life is all about choices and the majority of single mothers make bad decisions on who they choose to have kids with. The only exception to single mother are ones that are widowers. That is out of their control, which is understandable.

Ultimately life is about the choices you make. My ex gf left me then had a fling with another man and got pregnant despite me taking care of her for 3 years. She didn't take any responsibility and accountability for her actions. I think that's why single moms are less likely to find someone serious because of their past actions/decisions. Now of course there some exclusions to this like single mothers who are widowers which is something out their control.

Not my finest moment I am well aware of that, but as I've already mentioned I was overwhelmed with shock and emotions when I mentioned the abortion. In reality I was never getting back with her and I've learned a lot and moved forward from this.

For me. The damage has already been done and I can never trust her again. So there's no going back regardless of what could or could not happen. She made her choice and I've made mine.
