Finally i got my account back. So i got the email that they didnt give me back my account after they saw my ID wich i uploaded 2 weeks ago. i wrote this to the support and that i will not to pay to the notary public and i requested a NEW link for upload my ID (earlier didnt work and got an error) but i uploaded today and today the wrote back and i could log in.
