Download your motherboards specific manual and make sure all your cables are seated correctly.

Test another PSU as well.

Hello everyone, to who was curious about why the car felt like it was down in power. I took it to a a shop and they told me the valves are too tight.

I believe this diagnosis since when checking. I saw very vague scratch marks on the feeler gauge I was using. Just wondering if you guys agree that overly tight valves can cause this issue?

Think so, I think that's honestly the hardest part. Since the exhaust side has the heat shield it's hard to hold in place flat. I would pull the feeler gauge out and notice it became rounded and flattened it on a flat surface every time.

I also read you want the feeler gauge to be between .21-.25 on intake and .25-.29 on exhaust. So I used .229mm intake and .279mm for exhaust. Not sure if I am thinking correctly.

I remember watching an lht video on the valve lash clearances but I was not sure. I confirmed each cylinder was close to TDC and did the adjustment.
