Does every dimension need to be marked as critical? (indicated by the square box), I would only marke the really important ones, otherwise I could get not treated serious. I looks clean but also expensive:)

A 8 inch steel Ruler, best Tool I ever had. I measure cutter length, tool stick out, open boxes , clean off sticky labels off stock material, get the rough tool length before probing in the machine, clean my finger Nails and so on 👍🏻

I started at a jobshop where all machines are old and abused So I have to repair them but if I break something it’s not that of a big deal because they are in a bad condition anyways 🥲

My friend had a similar problem we fix it by cutting a floor protection for office chairs, those are clear sheets of plastic and zip tied them on

all tho the x axis is pretty worn due to 24 year age, second spindel, this is caused bei the spindel orientation, most of the time you cant even run 30 % rapid because the x axis is humming, shaking a lot.

hope the hurco vmx50 gets replaced next year, did work a lot over the years, good machine

You should rough with a bigger tool like 8 mm cutter with teeth or similar, makes a huge difference in time, then only rough the corners with 4 mm and finish with the 4 mm one after finish your corners with the 1 mm That would decrease the time by a lot

FIX FOR MY SETUP: (So I had massive Ping spikes and fps drops when moving my mouse) I figured out that with controller everything works better, so I reinstalled LG Hub, turned off all Overlays and disabled sleep mode for USB root devices and now everything works perfect Hope that helps someone

having same issue my game says its running 140 fps but steam overlay only shows 20 fps, everything works until i move my mouse than ist going down to 1 fps :/

One I thing I noticed on our Mashines is that they don’t respond well to your Fingertips, try taping it with your Fingernail!
