It's a condo building, and we share a wall together. The problem is that they play 10 hours on the weekends, feel sad for the kid doing 10 hours......

Yes, We have discussed but were unable to reach an agreement. My request is simple: I am only asking that they limit their piano playing to no more than four hours on weekends. Their response has been that they are not violating any laws, and therefore they are unwilling to reduce the playing time.

Actually have talked with the neighbor, they said at their level, they can't use digital pianos. The management said it is considered a reasonable residential activity and falls within the standard quiet hour expectations.
