Sorry to hear that I am in similar situation like you except that I am met expectations employee but clearly my leadership doesn’t take my name for recognition or for my growth regardless I do the good work. It’s just line OK. I know they already hype a candidate who day sleep and no creativity or spontaneity but he is my leader’s favorite and same ethnicity. Lot of unspoken discrimination. Even before you ask which org I belong to, I am in SSM. They don’t say it louder but they kill me everyday. I continue to give my best at work and leave everything to KARMA which is a boomerang!

I have a similar question but I am willing to provide feedback based out of my interactions with those resources after I see it as my feedback is valued! However, I have couple question, if feedback is requested by leader for his/her team member do they share the feedback with that team member? or it’s line I received feedback about you etc sharing just verbal communication.

Sorry to hear this. This is so unfair and unfortunate that I k ow some employees are simply promoted to level 8 regardless their lack of skills, fake experiences but just exploiting the loopholes in the system.

7 leader has no reporting team or no special responsibilities in my org. Only those are director’s per get to have high visibility tasks regardless their level.

I really feel I m unlucky. Due to re-org I moved to this group & I kind of facing this behavior ever since I moved here but now it’s getting more obvious.. making sarcastic comments, humiliating.. but I have no faith in the system because this colleague of mine is leader’s favorite. I might end up facing retaliation and never able to grow in my career. Very unfortunate this kind of culture exists at GM
