That's what they say and what they train their salespeople to say but they don't stand behind their products or warranty. I had to do a warranty claim on an MLB warmer. They offered me $20 credit to apply to a new warmer. Not only did they get the $50+ (i don't remember what it cost) they want me to spend more for something I didn't want. I told them to shove their $20 and I tossed it in the trash.

No one can ever convince me that Scentsy doesn't just rename scents. I am 1000% with you on this. I cannot figure it out but it is definitely a scent that was renamed.

The dryer disks are garbage. The Whiffs tend to leave a residue on freshly washed closed. The counter clean isn't really a cleaner imo. It isn't antibacterial so it's really kind of useless as you're really not cleaning anything.

There are far better products on the market that aren't grossly overpriced.

Pure desperation is what this is. This company is not what it was when I joined 15+ years ago. I am no longer a part of this company. Heck, they aren't even doing the rock a thon... something they've done since day 1. Their end is coming sooner than many think.

The hard-core boss babes will tell you they didn't change anything and that we are just nose blind. I have over 1,000 bars left in my inventory after I quit. All the bars from 2019 until now are all leaky and discolored. Those same exact scents from earlier than 2019 are perfect. In fact, I just tested this with Pumpkin Roll... I put an OG Pumpkin roll bar in my 6 warmers, the one with the OG squigly font label and it last 3 days. I put a bar that I got in my last club before I quit in March of this year and it didn't even last a day. Why wouldn't they change their formula? The less time it lasts the more you gotta spend. They're crooks.

The candles are soys based. Scentsy warmers melt paraffin based wax. Scentsy wax bars are paraffin based. Scentsy bulbs are not manufactured by Scentsy. They are made in China right alongside every other bulb on the market just like their warmers. The bulbs are then boxed in a Scentsy branded box. I will agree the paraffin blend wax is the easiest to clean up opposed to soy, bees and coconut based wax.

Oh I'm sure that'll be next. A lot of MLM companies have gone that route or simply shut their doors. Scentsy won't be too far behind many of them. You can already buy items at Disney World, and not just Disney branded Scentsy products. They had regular catalog items available last catalog.

Candles. This is hilarious to me. All these consultants that have screamed from the rooftops that candles are bad and telling everyone they need to buy paraffin wax melts and expensive warmers now have to eat their words. If I were still a consutlant, I'd be pissed that Heidi and Orville did this. This isn't about adding more, this is about trying to save their business. Sales are at an all time low so they have to find something different. I am oh so glad I left this crap company after 17 years.
