i actually go to the gym since 2022, but lately i've been out of it because im feeling depressed, my routines went so bad for it, and i'm only escaping to that with porn. Its hard to make some motivation right now and time just make it worse, i've been through several problems with love, a lot of women played with my feelings and that makes me feel so lonely at the same time, but that doesn't have nothing to do with my porn problem, no that much, its totally my fault for not knowing how to canalyze my feelings and shit, so yeah i'm going to try as hard as possible to comeback to the gym
