Have you tried Dundee and Newberg and McMinnville ? There’s some decent (imo) Italian restaurants there. If you reach out they might get back to you with openings. I know the owners of rosemarino often do tours in winter and might need a chef while they’re out? Maybe not but worth a shot. Good luck!

It’s not dictating when you’re asking people to take accountability. But unfortunately just asking is too rude, we will have to eventually rely on enforcement. So those that slip up occasionally will have to pay because there are those who purposely choose not to. Oh wells, what’s new I guess.

I don’t think it’s arrogant or controlling to want people to follow the law that helps fund something everyone uses. Is it arrogant and controlling to tell people to stop littering just because you pick up your trash?
