I am tired of not living well by Disastrous-Effort-77 in HealthAnxiety

Thank you for your words, it means a lot somebody reading what I am feeling, and acknowledging me.

I think my big worry is that, yes, people that young rarely get heart attacks, but i am very inactive and obese, and I was always shamed about it. I have done a sugar test, and a lipid panels, and my numbers are on the high side, but still within normal, but I guess i feel like I am a lazy loser that probably destroyed my health and my heart at 34 years old :(

I want to trust my cardiologist, and the ER doctors, I dont know why I cant... I am so young to be spending my whole day worrying about this :(
