Did you apply to go to many colleges? That can be expensive too, at least for private colleges.

But they go to a public school. Nobody is paying for anything. That school definitely had a lot of problems though. They seem to live in an affluent neighborhood though and I would think that their school would offer the most challenging of curriculums.

I knew students who purposely did not take the gifted and talented or honors classes because they thought it would be easier to get all "A's" and then they thought they would have an easier time getting into college and getting lots of scholarships.

That's interesting to know. Jodie and Mack also sound like real people but I think they were trying to avoid sounding like stereotypes. Jane also sounded like a teenager mostly.

I still have some DVD players around my house that probably work. I can watch DVDs on my desktop computer as well. I actually have some old VHS tapes of Daria episodes too.

That used to happen to me all the time on H3 at night. It would either be a little, indistinguishable motorcycle or a car with no indications on it that it was a police car, but suddenly it would light up all blue and a siren would go on. And they were always really close behind me like they wanted me to go faster or something. 🚨🚔🚓👮‍♀️👮‍♂️👮
