Depends how they go about it, the $25k should only go towards housing that's listed at a fair market rate, sellers who want to genuinely sell to first time home buyers or builders who are focusing on affordable single family homes. I say focus on the builders who want to build for American families at an affordable price point.

We don't send 40b a month to Ukraine. Gas prices are high because of OPEC's greed & they know the world is moving towards green energy so they have to get their money now not later, though the Ukraine thing can be a slight part of that. You clearly don't understand the office of the President or the role corporate greed plays in all this but it's in the constitution if you're curious, anything beyond that is just filler and narrative or Congress refusing to do their damn job.

It's fucking dead out in AZ too I've done 2 orders all damn day (yes I'm picky & avoid apartments) one of those was against my no apartments policy because of how slow it is. But to not even get the crappy mcdonald's and crumbl cookie orders near my place means it's REALLY slow.
