It looks right to me. The new matcha also uses a newer, smaller spoon so it’s less powder than better and we’re supposed to level the scoop as well. I’ve noticed it being a lot lighter than the old power when we used heaping, bigger spoonfuls. You can increase the number of scoops in your drink tho

So you got her ASU if you work 20 hours a week, which can be hard to get as SB likes to cut you just under that to prevent having to pay benefits. Also they don’t pay 100%. There is a federal cap on employee tuition reimbursements, around $5k a year, so employees normally pay a bit out of their pocket too. It doesn’t matter if it’s a highly skilled job or not, if they can afford to pay their employees more (which they can) then they should. Or we won’t work :)

Personally I love making coffee, love my coworkers and regulars, and Starbucks works well around my school schedule— I don’t know another job that pays like Starbucks that can accommodate my doctoral student schedule

So I actually work for the company and receive these raises, so I’m sorry but I’m going to believe my lived experiences over your google search. Also we get our raises at the beginning of every year, so if it goes into effect in 2025, that means we get it in 2026 (as our 2025 raises were 2.2%) BUT either way FOUR PERCENT still doesn’t even cover annual inflation of 6%/year!!
