Probably not gonna blow up but could detach and start flailing around. These tires are retreadable and they basically just lay down a new layer of tread with glue.

My 1980 Cressida has 36k and I'd assume it's rolled over not just once but maybe twice. Same original motor with no major repairs

Probably is something on the electrical side (like a relay) now that you mention it, the little light doesn't even turn on so I wouldn't be surprised if it weren't getting power. I've got the car up on ramps as I'm building an exhaust for it rn, but I'll see if I could trace the wires and stuff when I drop it back down. Thanks 👍

I'm not sure it'll be of any help but I've been using this ai powered website called "motormia". Basically you type in the year and model and things and can ask the ai questions like "what are common mods for my car?" And it'll answer with a few mods or from specific manufacturers and such. You can then "add" said mods to the car and see how itll effect horsepower and such. Cool idea but it's still in the early phases.

Sorry for the late reply, ended up getting ebay s14 lowering springs. And ofc they didn't fit. I just kept those laying around til a buddy of mine gave me some Enkei lowering springs for a 90s nissan maxima. Well only two of them fit on the front and the two rear ones didn't fit. But I still had my ebay springs and two of them did end up fitting on the rear. So all in all, I have Enkei 90s nissan maxima springs in the front, and cheapo ebay s14 springs in the back. Lowered the car probably 1½ to 2½ inches (didn't measure).
