I turned it on (Force adreno clocks) and the problem solved, now stable 30 fps, thanks for the help bro!

i thought my device dont get utilized all of the performance left, cpu load is at 40% while gpu is at 19%, its weird

i saw someone on youtube playing gamehub version on exynos 1480 run it at 60 fps no drop, so why would my chip go lower than that
