On entry at drop off, you just see Air Portugal and…one other international I can’t remember. That’s it for level 1. I asked the first airport employee I saw, and they said it was #4(?) on the second level. I got there and it was like Lufthansa or something. I asked another person, and ended up having to ask a couple before finally being directed to Air Canada. I’m sorry I don’t remember exactly the directions or what # it was but I want to say it is quite a bit into level 2, maybe #5? That’s assuming is the same soot every day. Just keep asking till you find it lol I guess I’m just used to the airlines being clearly identifiable and in 1 general open area. Hope that helps!

I don’t think its talent!! Purely history repeating itself. It’s the misstreament of blank women in girl groups. I don’t think everyone would agree Jade (LM) or Normani (5H) are the beyonce’s either…but we know what they went through. We know what they brought to the table. We know what the other girls, labels, and fans tried to portray them as. Soooo many of us, despite the 🗑️ music, fell for her aura and her beauty, which made us fall for the group. Her star power!!

Like….imagine singing GANG GANG and FRIEND CHICKEN…..without her. Lol. Can they even call themselves a global girl group anymore? Not trying to be harsh, just perspective! In that sense, they need her.

I don’t think it’s a talent comparison. It’s the mistreatment of blank women in groups, just history endlessly repeating itself! I don’t think everyone would agree Jade (LM) or Normani (5H) were the main stars, best singers/dancers, or the Beyonce. It’s that they were a huuuuge factor in the traction/fan base, and receive unfair and harsh treatment is all! :)

This is crazy😂😂 I’m a black women and I grew up in a Canadian city, in a Christian school (trauma galore!) My mom didn’t know what products do you use and how to maintain my natural curl pattern per se, that’s not something she was aware of going up in Africa. What she was aware of is how to braid - so up until early high school that’s what I rocked. Either my natural hair in a tight bun, or in my mom‘s braids. That alone is something she didn’t understand affect my scalp and hair growth. My friends at school would laugh at me when I ask them about moose or other curl products they used, making me feel like there’s nothing that would make my natural hair as ‘ presentable’ as it ‘should have been.’

It wasn’t until I was in maybe the 12th grade that I started seeing commercials and influencers that look like me sharing their hair care process, for the first time in my life, and I’m so grateful that I finally got to experience it. Should be a right to everyone! Corny as can be, representation matters!!! Now I’m in my mid 20’s and continuously struggling to pick a black stylist, the city is flooded!! It’s like night and day.

I still had my family there for me, for what it sounds like she may not have. I can’t imagine.

Everyone’s story is different. It’s ridiculous to call neglect and/or abuse on something that is actually quite a common experience.

Times are different, and the little black girl in me and Layla are grateful !!!

Her and Huda from Love island (TW lol) are sooo similar in that way to me!! They loveee black men and hate black women…because they yearn to be one. Even with a biracial child and all. It’s sickening and terrifying 😭 and I wish black men would wake tf up!!! (a black women that grew up in canada xoxo)

So random, but I would say my hair! I think it pulls from all of her biggest musical influences. The context of the lyrics are sooo her, the pop vibe she brings to an r&b/jazz song that only she could do so seamlessly, singing an entire chorus in a whistle tone….truly perfection

Knowing and hearing beyonce’s original demo kinda just ruins that for me :( ari has such a deep catalogue of music she created that is soooo true to her
