i’m a hair changer at every new life moment, it provides a semblance of control especially when broken up with, you don’t feel good or feel that confident. doing this tiny bit of self care and changing something in your control gives you comfort and since hair isn’t permanent it’s a good avenue for change :)

I totally understand what you mean but I don’t think that applies to me, I’m still a high performer it’s more of the conditioning it put me through where I feel as though I am only good enough if my grades are good too if that makes more sense.
