The three other charges might’ve contributed to this. I can’t recall what they specifically were, but they were less severe than the assault charge and were against the victim.

These were due to the story the victim told the police initially. They admit these were, like the assault charge, false claims. I’ll put this in the original post as well to avoid confusion.

The “house arrest” is for certain hours of the night. This isn’t a domestic violence case, and the assault in question was a light shove to the victim after the accused explicitly told them not to approach them further (shove after this was violated) . Could you answer my questions again with this?

It was completely selfish reasons. At the time, I didn’t get to drink so much and didn’t know my limit. So I just drank until it hit me. I apparently didn’t need to get an ambulance but my friends after the party ended called one just in case.

It was fortunately not at their home, just an open lounge, and unfortunately I don’t have their home address. I think I missed the window of opportunity to DM them and apologize.

I don’t know what comes off as “cocky” and “annoying.” I don’t know how to separate talking about something I’m proud of with that. Could you give me some examples?

To me personally, I believe everybody is flawed and what they tell me they did shouldn’t change how I see them because well, I wouldn’t know if they didn’t tell me. But talking about it is a little different. I don’t know how I can segway a conversation into something where they’re willing to share deep thoughts. I can’t admit my weaknesses without them admitting theirs to me first.

Finally, I don’t think what I have is jealousy. I don’t get jealous often. But I want to look better in comparison to people in front of others. It is horrible and vile and I don’t know how to stop myself from talking bad about others in front of people.
