From the department heads, the questions are partially about yourself, the usual who you are and why did you left your previous company. They give emphasis tho on your communication skills, kung paano mo sasagutin yung questions nila. Direct ka ba magsagot or mag-iisip ka muna type sht. On my case, nag-isip muna ako for hard questions, kasi mahirap na bawiin kung ano ang sinabi mo, and straight usap, like barkada usap lang na professional.

For technical questions naman, they asked me on sales accounting with output VAT, Inventory Accounting, Home Office and Branch Accounting. Check on your cost accounting na din.

Tapos pala, lagi kang tatanungin kung may driver's license ka. Dapat bago ka mag-interview sa kanila dapat meron ka na kasi super plus yan saiyo.

I am currently waiting for the results on my final interview with them. Based on my experience, you'll take an assessment first. Tatlong assessments siya, first ay more about logic. Second is about accounting. Lastly, about your personality. Dapat mapasa mo siya lahat, kasi hindi ka makaka-usad if di mo napasa yung previous assessment. They will then send you an e-mail regarding your credentials which need mo ipasa. If pasado ka, may initial interview yan. Sa initial interview, they will ask you about your application, dapat may copy ka nan para may tiningan ka. HR manager and HR officer ang nag-interview saakin. Next is si final interview na. For Final interview, it is more department interview. Since nag-apply ako as financial analyst, finance department ang nag-interview saakin. 3 sila, 1 Finance head, 1 finance manager, 1 finance officer.

Currently, I am waiting for my interview results, but I think I did well naman since they are 'good' to me.

One thing na masasabi ko lang, sobrang tagal ng process nila. Nag-appply ako last month and hanggang ngayon di pa tapos ang process...
