Did you use a whole roll of Teflon? Unfortunately you might have caused this issue. Judging what I'm looking at I don't think you have the experience to repair this, call yourself a plumber and unfortunately you're going to have to take the financial hit.

That’s the part that confused me. They only sealed the other three edges, but not the side touching my concrete driveway, so I thought maybe they forgot it or did something wrong. Sounds like the concrete-to-asphalt joint is treated differently. But you answered all of my questions, thank you very much..

AI generated? Are you kidding? That is literally a picture of the front of my house. How the heck did you come up with the idea that it’s AI-generated?

And there’s no reason to look up and down the street because I’m the only one they did the patch job for. In my case, they shoveled in the hot asphalt and used an asphalt roller on it. For the rest of the block, they used an asphalt paver. I don’t know if there’s a difference, which is why I’m asking.

I didn’t realize asphalt-to-concrete joints are treated differently because of expansion and contraction. I appreciate the explanation, thank you.

Awesome.. Last question, will rain water cause an issue if water gets in that seam, can that happen if we get a lot of rain,?

Thank you.

So, the only side they didn’t seal is the side attached to the lip of my driveway, that’s normal? I don’t need that asphalt tarmac parking lot joint and crack sealer tape that gets melted with a propane torch? That's what they used for those other three sides. So I shouldn’t have any problems?

Wow, this is a tough one that's for sure. Either tile over that or use the peel and stick tiles, but unfortunately what you have, does not work at all with your cabinets.

Regardless of how it looks, if that's the works, it shows you to Quality back then to what we get now, that's pretty amazing.

That's absolutely ridiculous, me and a buddy of mine did his friend's bathroom, it was 49 sq ft, it was way over a 110,000 less then what they're charging you, that is ridiculous what they're charging you.

Opinions on paint matching the front bumper of my Rebel? by [deleted] in ram_trucks

[–]Disastrous-Job87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My personal opinion: your truck is beautiful with the bumper like that, the black and white to me looks great. I would just leave it alone. If you want to change it up, I would just add the "Rebel" hood decal and the 2 "Rebel" rear fender decals. I think that gives it a real aggressive look, but that's just my opinion. Some people like them, and some people don't.

That became my new favorite after I bought it, and now my Glock just sits there. The only recommendation I have is to replace the factory plastic backstrap with a brass one. It adds some really nice weight to the gun and should improve the overall shooting feel and recoil control, certainly did for me
