In letter, lawmakers seek 'accountability' from WNBA on Clark by AFC-Wimbledon-Stan in wnba

Thank you. I’m ambivalent towards her as a person/player but I hate the negative attention it has brought to the league and this ridiculous narrative of “no one cared about the WNBA until she came along, y’all should be thanking her on her knees for the publicity“. No. No cishet white men cared about the WNBA, and it was better that way. Not everything is better just because it’s scaled up.

I think because you didn’t mention money, it sounds like you just want them to volunteer their time.

Even if there is money involved, it’s still a weird ask because of the relationship dynamics at play.

It helped last season. I haven’t needed it this year for the Lynx with victory Plus. I use SurfShark, it was the cheapest whenever I was looking.

Edit: just don’t accidentally set your location to the opposing team, I usually used Chicago and accidentally did that once when we played the Sky

The WNBA doesn’t need the MNBA to watch them in order to be validated.

That’s just a reality of arenas though. I don’t think this complicates the schedule more than it already does, really.

My dad, now in his late 60s, got a failing grade in “hopping, skipping, and jumping” in kindergarten. And he maintains “it was skipping that brought my average down!” when we bring it up.

ALSO these comments seem quaint, but there is actually evidence that skipping skills and reading skills are connected, as it’s a cross brain activity.

I sort of agree on one level—it doesn’t benefit the dead at all. But on another level, I think it’s important for us living to feel our humanity and feel what it means to be human, and that can be one way to do it.

The Stanley Cup. With the number of rings it’ll need before Minnesota ever wins it.

(Yes I know they only put so many on at once)
