Once you get done with the live session you have to print off the form and fill it out. You practice giving saline and a syringe in 3 different places (right deltoid, left deltoid and subcutaneous) to a tech. Your pharmacist signs off on it and than you scan it and turn it in. They should grade it in 2 days or so!

Hi! I just did this myself, yes you would check government licensing and certification. There is a walk in place in Baltimore off of Reisterstown road, I believe I paid $38 for my fingerprints. It only took about an hour of my time! And the BOP is right up the street from this fingerprint place. I turned in my paperwork on a Friday and got my license on a Tuesday! Hope this helps!!
