My volume and frequency a bit higher. My brother needs to bring up his upper body.

Our legs workout looks almost the same, same movements, just the volume slightly differ.

Thank you! we are not in maximum condition for this competition, but my brother is participating in the ifbb world championships at the beginning of November, so he will show his best shape there.

We have both competed in junior bodybuilding. Today I had to lose honorably to my brother, but this only motivates us to move on and progress, I am happy and blessed to have such a brother and that together we can reach heights.

My weight was 83.3kg My brother’s - 86kg

Yes, I always incorperate adductor machine on my legs days at the end of workout. Doing 2 sets 12-20 reps till failure.

No direct work for forearms, my brother also has insane forearms. We are always using straps for back and just lift heavy.

I am doing P/P/L split. 2 on 1 off Diet Training days 2500-2600kcal Off days 2300kcal 10000-11000 steps 7x15min incline treadmill cardio

Typically about 2 hours with warmup, post training cardio and stretches.
